Traditionally,
each anniversary has a material associated with it: First Anniversary
gifts are traditionally made of paper.
You
can truly surprise them with an original work of paper art that
will last generations. This is a genuinely unique first anniversary

My
name is Joe Bagley, and I am a professional artist specializing
in the art of papercutting. My fine art has been shown in galleries
around the country and is in private collections around the world.
Each
of my pieces is cut by hand from a single piece of black paper.
I will
personally create for you a beautiful and unique piece of original
artwork to commemorate and celebrate you or your loved one’s
first anniversary.
My
pieces range from $45-$125 and shipping is always included.

The
process is very straight forward: you send photos of your wedding,
honeymoon, or favorite place, pet, etc. Anything goes! I will
create several unique designs for you to choose from.
There
are two general styles: Solid Silhouettes and detailed papercuts.

After
choosing a design, I will request payment (PayPal, check, money
order) and then hand-cut the design from a piece of fade-resistant
black paper, archivally mount it to a sturdy crisp-white background,
and safely send it to you within 7-9 days (USPS priority).
I use
standard, easy-to-find frame sizes (8x10 and 11x14) so framing
your piece will be as easy as requesting it.
